Job summary

Cradles to Crayons is seeking a Gift Processing Associate to ensure precise gift administration and high-quality donor data. This role primarily operates remotely with at least weekly in-person work at one of our Giving Factories, supporting the Development team and donor acknowledgements.

You will process diverse gift types, reconcile records with Finance, and maintain data integrity in our CRM, enabling exceptional donor experiences and timely tax receipts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in gift processing, Development operations, CRM or data management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process all charitable contributions and ensure accurate, timely entry into the CRM.
• Perform regular CRM reconciliation with Finance and prepare supporting documentation.
• Coordinate timely gift acknowledgements and tax receipts.
• Support CRM maintenance and data integrity initiatives.
