Qualifications

• Native fluency in German (Germany) with natural phrasing.
• Experience directing voice talent or audio production.
• Ability to give clear, actionable performance direction.
• Strong knowledge of basic recording/mic technique.

Responsibilities

• Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios for natural, conversational delivery.
• Provide scene context and improvise to fill narrative gaps while keeping flow.
• Adapt wording for natural phrasing and dialect authenticity.
• Monitor mic technique, pacing, and background noise in real time.
• Manage session pacing to meet targets while maintaining quality.
• Keep organized notes on adjustments and retakes.
