Alignerr is seeking a professional German-speaking voice actor to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness and accuracy. This fully remote, hourly contract role requires a commanding German voice, a professional studio setup, and a keen ear for quality.

You will work asynchronously on your own schedule, delivering expressive performances and insightful feedback to help improve AI voice outputs.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in German.
• Professional background in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related audio work.
• Access to a professional recording setup with a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet space.
• Ability to deliver expressive, versatile vocal performances across tones and styles.

Responsibilities

• Record professional German voice performances following scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI-generated German speech for naturalness, pronunciation, emotion, and quality.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs.
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to improve clarity and natural delivery.
• Work independently and asynchronously on a flexible schedule.
