Job summary

Product People is a leading provider of Product Management services, delivering interim and fractional PM capabilities to a global client base. We are seeking a German-speaking Product Management Consultant to drive discovery and delivery across multiple streams for post-product-market-fit digital-first companies.

You will craft strategic narratives, work across cross-functional teams, and coach Associate PMs, while engaging with senior client stakeholders in German.

Qualifications

• German fluency at professional level (German speaking role, C1+).
• Experience as an Interim/Fractional Product Manager or PMO.
• Strong ability to manage multiple streams and align stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems for clients and for Product People.
• Manage discovery and delivery for three streams internally and externally.
• Serve as an Interim Product Manager for post-product-market-fit digital-first companies.
• Craft and communicate product narratives to clients’ leadership teams.
• Coach and mentor Associate PMs and junior staff.
