Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, or Social Work (MD/DO/PhD preferred).
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments and scales (MINI, MADRS, CAPS, etc.).
• Fluency in English and native-level German required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with relevant documents.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions on schedule.
• Submit all documentation accurately and on time.
