Qualifications

• Native-level German required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 0–2 years designing/chatbot/conversational AI in production or via projects.
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Intro knowledge of Python or scripting for conversational systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Curious, analytical mindset with customer focus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize chatbot flows to convert, engage, and support customers across journeys.
• Write clear, engaging conversation copy aligned with brand tone and business goals.
• Analyze transcripts and chatbot performance to identify gaps and improvements.
• Apply NLP/LLM tools and prompt engineering to enhance response quality and scalability.
• Localize and align bots with regional goals and personas with international teams.
• Collaborate with analytics to evaluate performance metrics and impact.
• Conduct QA testing of bot interactions (functional, linguistic, regression).
• Lead or contribute to special projects (bot consolidation, competitor analysis, new bot launches).
