Job summary

WellBe Senior Medical seeks an Outreach Specialist to engage prospective and existing patients over the phone, scheduling and confirming in-home wellness visits. You will convey WellBe benefits, navigate inquiries, and support the care team to improve patient access and experience.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, manage appointment calendars, and work remotely with flexible hours, contributing to WellBe's growth and patient wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare or patient service is a plus.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while on calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to schedule in-home visits and confirm appointments.
• Provide information about WellBe services and address patient questions.
• Schedule and reschedule visits, handling reminders and cancellations.
• Support in-home care team with patient details and required follow-ups.
• Present WellBe benefits clearly to potential patients.
