Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Geospatial Analysis Specialist for a remote contract role. You will design, manage, and maintain spatial data, perform geoprocessing and modeling with QGIS, and automate workflows using PyQGIS to support AI training and decision making.

Candidates should have deep GIS knowledge, strong Python scripting, experience with map production and plugin development, and the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders in writing and speech.

Qualifications

Experience with spatial databases, geoprocessing, and map production.
Strong Python skills with PyQGIS automation.
Understanding coordinate systems and data transformation.
Ability to develop or extend QGIS plugins.
