Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services for children and families across Georgia. The role may transition to a hybrid model with advance notice as regulations evolve.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
