Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The position may transition to hybrid if regulations require, with advance notice.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful clinical progress. This role is fully remote for now, with ongoing support from a dedicated BCBA Success Manager.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia BCBA licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
