Qualifications

• Requires BCBA credential and GA licensure or eligibility.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and staff.
• Strong communication and ability to work remotely across states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments for clients.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
