Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design and operationalize fine-tuning workflows for large language models. This fully remote role requires deep ML expertise, production-grade engineering practices, and the ability to balance data quality, compute budgets, and shipping velocity.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python and PyTorch experience, hands-on LLM fine-tuning, and a track record of shipping impactful AI work.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Six+ years of combined ML research and engineering with significant LLM exposure.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch; hands-on fine-tuning of transformer-based LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and operationalize fine-tuning workflows for large language models.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain production-grade training pipelines with robust evaluation and monitoring.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code and design reviews.
