Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks a Generative AI Specialist to lead strategy, prompts, and tooling for designing LLM-based applications across the organization. You will craft patterns, evaluation frameworks, and developer tooling that scale across teams and use cases.

The ideal candidate ships LLM-powered products, masters prompt design and agent architectures, and guides teams on when to apply different LLM techniques responsibly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Computational Linguistics, or related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering with LLM-based apps.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered products to production.

Responsibilities

• Define organization-wide standards, patterns, and reference architectures for LLM-based applications.
• Design prompt structures, instruction templates, and retrieval strategies for diverse production use cases.
• Architect agentic systems with tool use, planning, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
• Lead retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with chunking, indexing, and reranking.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for prompt quality, agent reliability, and end-to-end task success.
• Build internal tooling and libraries that accelerate LLM app development.
• Establish guardrails and policy enforcement patterns for LLM-powered products.
• Collaborate with model engineering teams on prompt-model co-design and fine-tuning.
• Conduct technical reviews of LLM app designs across product teams.
• Mentor engineers and applied scientists on prompt engineering and LLM architecture.
• Lead red-teaming to improve robustness against adversarial inputs.
• Track latency, cost, and quality trade-offs and optimize designs.
• Document patterns and lessons for internal reuse.
• Stay current with LLM capabilities and translate advances into guidance.
