Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Generative AI Specialist to define and lead patterns for LLM-based applications, including prompts, agent architectures, and tooling across the organization.

The role requires shipping LLM-powered products, designing evaluation frameworks, and collaborating with model engineering teams to drive responsible AI practices. Remote, full-time W2 engagement with no third-party involvement.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of software engineering experience, with significant work on LLM-based applications.
• Deep familiarity with modern LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered products to production.
• Strong Python skills and experience with current frameworks.
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Define organization-wide standards, patterns, and reference architectures for LLM-based applications.
• Design prompt structures and retrieval strategies for production use cases.
• Architect agentic systems with tool use, planning, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
• Lead retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, including chunking and indexing.
