Job summary

Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder to help shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role pays up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and aims to enhance AI agent coordination and orchestration.

You will work on live systems, building production-grade software with modular architecture, and contribute to multi-turn interactions and tooling that improve agent performance. Experience with backend engineering and AI automation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
