Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder for freelance, remote work. Earn up to $50/hr shaping autonomous agents and training AI systems. You can set your own schedule—most experts work 5–10 hours/week, up to 40 hours.

As part of our team, you will write evaluation rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress test agents. You’ll contribute to multi-step orchestration workflows and live system interactions, collaborating with top AI organizations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
