Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Claims Adjuster with experience in General Liability, Bodily Injury and Property Damage to join our Rolling Meadows, IL team. You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims, collaborate with clients, and support the claims process with analytical insight and empathy.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of claims experience, current adjuster licenses, and a willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients
