The position allows remote work and requires licensing in relevant states, a minimum of 5 years claims experience, and 2–3 years litigation exposure; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• 2-3 years of litigation experience.
• Licensing/certification in states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability claims.
• Work with clients to deliver solutions and improve the claims process.
• Communicate effectively with all parties to resolve claims.
• Document claim activity timely to support outcomes.
• Ensure claims handling complies with policies and regulatory requirements.
