Qualifications

• Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion.
• Keyboarding and computer skills; ability to travel as required.
• Proven ability to manage complex General Liability claims.

Responsibilities

• Address high-end Public Entity General Liability cases with serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios.
• Respond to plaintiff's counsel, union, employee, or client requests.
• Gather additional information and coordinate with client designees and local counsel.
• Establish and adjust accrued liability and approve administrative expenses.
