• Reviews and acts on claims reports/forms; responds to inquiries; seeks legal opinions and early resolution.
• Handles high-end general liability cases with serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios.
• Identifies settlement opportunities and coordinates with clients and local counsel; monitors progress toward resolution.
