Qualifications

• Five years of General liability claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Address high end Public Entity General Liability cases with serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios.
• Gather documents and coordinates with client designees for legal opinions and early resolution.
• Requests legal/private investigations; assigns to local counsel and monitors performance.
• Responds to plaintiff's counsel, unions, employees, or client requests.
• Establishes/adjusts accrued liability and approves administrative expenses.
