Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with state-adjusting licenses as required.
• Insurance designations such as CPCU, AIC, ARM preferred.
• Eight years of related claims experience in personal and commercial lines.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts claims on Automobile, Homeowner and Excess Liability policies.
• Investigates and evaluates coverage, liability and damages.
• Maintains reserves and drafts coverage letters.
• Manages defense counsel in complex litigation scenarios.
• Ensures timely referrals to counsel and expedites settlements.
