Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing is partnering with a growing global organization to hire an Accountant for a fully remote role. You will support general ledger accounting across multiple entities, manage month-end close, and assist with audits, while leveraging NetSuite, Dynamics Navision, and Sage assets.

The position emphasizes a strong GAAP foundation, advanced Excel, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting across domestic and international operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Approximately 2–4 years of hands-on general ledger accounting experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, formulas).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing journal entries and supporting the month-end close process.
• Performing monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Supporting general ledger accounting across multiple entities.
• Reconciling intercompany receivable and payable accounts with domestic and international affiliates.
• Assisting with internal and external audits.
• Participating in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
