Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology contracts generally required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on enterprise IT initiatives, cloud services, SaaS, EHR integrations, and AI tools.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology licenses and data agreements.
• Advise leaders on data rights, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
