Job summary

Mira, a San Francisco-based hormonal health company recognized as a fast-growing femtech leader, is seeking an In-House General Counsel to build and lead its legal function.

The successful candidate will oversee data privacy and protection strategies, negotiate commercial agreements, and provide legal guidance on marketing and advertising compliance as the company scales its products and data practices in the direct-to-consumer health technology space.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and an active license.
• 4+ years of legal experience, preferably in healthtech or DTC.
• Experience with data privacy regulations (HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA).
• Strong contract negotiation and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities
