The successful candidate will oversee data privacy and protection strategies, negotiate commercial agreements, and provide legal guidance on marketing and advertising compliance.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the company's products and data practices scale responsibly as they expand their at-home hormone monitoring

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• 4+ years of legal experience.
• Experience with data privacy regulations (HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA) and commercial contract negotiation.
• Preference for experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or healthtech startup environment.
