Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Business Development Manager for Gene Therapy to drive commercial growth and technical adoption across advanced therapy workflows. You will work with customers developing viral vectors, nucleic acid therapies, and next-generation biologics, covering Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France in a remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or related field.
• Strong experience in bioprocessing, cell and gene therapy, vaccines, or advanced therapy commercialization.
• Proficiency using CRM systems (e.g., SFDC) for opportunity and funnel tracking.
• Experience supporting Design‑In programs and customer adoption of complex bioproduction tech.

Responsibilities

• Own advanced therapy workflows including viral vectors, vaccines based on viral vectors, pDNA, exosomes, synthetic DNA, mRNA and oligonucleotides.
• Drive order growth within the assigned territory by expanding Cytiva technologies and introducing Cytiva solutions into gene therapy programs.
• Partner with Field Application Specialists to test, demonstrate, and deliver technical training at customer sites.
• Support marketing and lead generation activities and stand up MQLs.
• Manage CRM and funnel execution in Salesforce in line with Playbooks.
