Fractal Analytics is seeking a hands-on engineer to develop, deploy, and operate production AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agents. You will translate business requirements into production solutions and own the engineering lifecycle.

You will work with customer AI teams, applied scientists, architects, and platform teams to improve model quality and deliver reliable, observable services. Remote in the United States with discretionary bonus eligibility.
