Formación

• 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI agents and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI).
• Experience building RAG pipelines and vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment; MLOps familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy ML and GenAI models for business use cases.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents capable of autonomous task execution and tool use.
• Fine‑tune and optimize LLMs for specific domains and applications.
• Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, data engineering, and architecture teams.
• Implement prompt engineering best practices and evaluate model outputs for accuracy and safety.
• Build scalable APIs/services to deploy AI models into production; monitor performance.
• Ensure responsible AI practices — bias mitigation, guardrails, and data privacy.
