Job summary

Revolent Group is seeking a senior engineer to design and build production-grade GenAI teaching systems. You will create reference RAG services, bounded agents, evaluation tooling, and the LLMOps scaffolding that underpins real client deployments while shaping curriculum materials for instructors.

The role emphasizes practical implementation over slides, with opportunities to extend into founding delivery faculty. Strong experience shipping production GenAI for clients is required.

Qualifications

• Expert Python — production-grade: typing, testing, packaging, clean API design.
• Cloud platforms with hands-on deployment and CI/CD workflows.
• Data wrangling with SQL and unstructured formats.
• Experience shipping GenAI or LLM-based systems in production.
• Ability to explain technical decisions to client-facing audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reference systems to production standard and instrument for teaching.
• Develop build-first curriculum where every module ships and is defendable.
• Create fair, rubrical assessments aligned to pass/fail standards.
• Collaborate daily with Programme Lead and Curriculum Designer.
• Keep content current with defensible model choices and documented decisions.
• Participate in sprint dry runs; revise before cohorts begin.
• Optionally become founding faculty to deliver the material.
