Arbitration Forums, Inc. is seeking a GenAI and Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, optimize, and test generative AI and agentic AI solutions across diverse business applications.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate outputs, integrating LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering within an established development process. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in NLP, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, data governance or related role.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI solution development and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize, and test GenAI and agentic AI solutions for accurate and high-quality outputs.
• Lead prompt engineering efforts and A/B testing of prompts and automation paths.
• Ensure governance, security, and ethics in AI solutions with cross‑functional collaboration.
