Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a GCP Technical Account Manager (Cloud Infrastructure Engineer III) to support Public Sector customers with cloud adoption, operational planning, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination. This remote role is within the continental United States and reports to the AI & Engineering team.

You will collaborate with client Support, Product Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to resolve issues, prepare reviews, coordinate launches, and promote best practices for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure or technical consulting.
• 4+ years supporting Google Cloud implementations or related cloud transformations.
• 1+ years designing or operating microservices, APIs, or distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities across customer workstreams and track issues, risks and milestones.
• Collaborate with Support, Product Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to resolve issues.
• Support customer launches, capacity planning, product releases, and operational readiness.
• Prepare materials for technical reviews and customer meetings; document needs and feedback.
• Recommend Google Cloud practices to improve adoption, reliability, security, and performance.
