Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a GCP Technical Account Manager (Cloud Infrastructure Engineer III) to support Public Sector customers with cloud adoption, operational planning, and issue resolution from within the continental United States.

Join the AI & Engineering team to coordinate technical activities across customer workstreams, engage with Support, Product Engineering, and SRE to resolve issues, support launches, and drive reliable cloud outcomes in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, software development, or technical consulting.
• 4+ years of experience supporting customers with Google Cloud implementations, cloud transformation programs, technical support, customer launches, release management, escalations, or technical consulting.
• 1+ years of experience designing, developing, supporting, or operating microservices, distributed systems, and APIs using modern software practices.
• Must hold a Google Cloud Professional certification (at least one).
• Ability to travel up to 10%, and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities across customer workstreams and track issues, risks, dependencies, actions, and milestones.
• Collaborate with Support, Product Engineering, and SRE teams to resolve technical issues and escalations.
• Support customer launches, capacity planning, product releases, and operational readiness activities.
• Prepare materials for technical reviews, quarterly business reviews, and customer meetings; document needs and feedback.
• Recommend Google Cloud practices to improve adoption, reliability, security, and performance; escalate complex issues.
