Job summary

HCA is seeking a Consultant with an Accounting background and GASB 34 experience to support clients across universities, hospitals, and government entities. The role involves regular travel (50–70%) across Kansas, Missouri, and other states, and offers a salaried (W-2), 100% remote arrangement.

Responsibilities include data collection, data analysis for project planning, and interfacing with clients to discuss scope and findings.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree required with GASB 34 experience
• Public accounting experience (2–4 years) dealing with GASB 34 compliance
• Travel 50–70% of time across states

Responsibilities

• Collect data and locate equipment as part of project
• Analyze data for planning, execution and closure
• Collaborate with senior team to solve client challenges
• Learn basic principles of commercial building construction
