McKinsey & Company is looking for a Game Developer who lives and breathes collaboration to own the result and drive a customer-centric technology vision. The role emphasizes hands-on work across Ansible, JavaScript services, and CI/CD in a Winston-Salem-based to NC-wide expansion.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate product wishes into shippable web services, scale frontend/backend tooling, and contribute to a robust remote-friendly engineering culture across North Carolina.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new technology systems quickly and apply them effectively.
• NC sensibility and strong prioritization under pressure.
• Judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time.

• Trace a customer-centric technology bug across three Interpersonal Skills services to the one bad line.
• Scale McKinsey & Company’s Webpack services from Winston-Salem pilot to NC-wide rollout.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure across NC engineering teams.
• Ship Interpersonal Skills experiments fast, kill the losers, and double down on what sticks.
