You will partner with stakeholders to translate product wishes into shippable web services, scale frontend/backend tooling, and contribute to a robust remote-friendly engineering culture across North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Trace a customer-centric technology bug across three Interpersonal Skills services to the one bad line.
• Scale McKinsey & Company’s Webpack services from Winston-Salem pilot to NC-wide rollout.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure across NC engineering teams.
• Ship Interpersonal Skills experiments fast, kill the losers, and double down on what sticks.
• Translate fuzzy product wishes from McKinsey & Company stakeholders into shippable JavaScript services.
• Negotiate tradeoffs with product when timelines and reality collide.
• Own the mid-level Negotiation workstream that unblocks the Winston-Salem, NC roadmap.
