Responsibilities

• Ship Ruby fixes to General Motors customers in Austin, TX the same day they report them
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and Kotlin libraries
• Reproduce the mentorship-focused bug from the Austin field report, then make it impossible again
• Sketch the CI/CD architecture, defend it in review, then build the thing
• Translate CI/CD metrics into the one chart General Motors leadership checks each morning
• Pair with technology analysts so General Motors's Next.js models match real behavior
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively
