Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC in the United States is seeking an Accounting Manager to perform detailed financial analysis, maintain development accounting records, and support compliance and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

You will maintain development cost ledgers, track sources and uses of funds, prepare financial schedules, assist with draw requests and funding requisitions, reconcile expenditures to budgets, and compile variance analyses for investors, lenders and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with real estate or construction accounting preferred.
