Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Real estate, development, construction, or property accounting experience strongly preferred.
• GAAP knowledge required.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with development budgets and construction or lender draws is highly valuable.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify issues and follow them through resolution.
