Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service via telephone and email.
• Use Teams and Outlook on a PC for coordination.
• Explain March of Dimes information to participants across the country in assigned markets.
• Share fundraising tips and ideas from partners with callers and emailers.
• Maintain contact information and track call/email activity in Excel.
• Meet with manager as needed.
