Job summary

Mal Warwick Donordigital seeks an Account Manager to support Account Leads and execute direct mail fundraising programs for clients. You will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

This full‑time role requires managing multiple projects, preparing reports, forecasting expenses, and drafting schedules, budgets, and project strategies while upholding the agency's anti-racism and social justice values.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple nonprofit fundraising projects.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Lead in developing client annual plans.
• Ensure accurate program and project reporting.
• Assist Account Lead in forecasting client annual expenses.
• Draft year-long fundraising schedules and project strategies.
• Manage production vendors and all project schedules.
• Proof memos, briefs, and creative for clients.
