Job summary

Foundation Finance Company is seeking a Funding Specialist I to review loan documents for accuracy and compliance, train dealers on proper completion, and respond to questions about program processes and application statuses.

You will enter financing documents into the system, monitor e-signature queues, assist other departments, and communicate issues to dealers while maintaining deadlines and high standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a Highschool diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter financing documents into the system accurately for processing.
• Review documents for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Monitor electronic signature queue and contact dealers as needed.
• Assist other departments with document- or funding-related questions.
• Document notes per processes and track statuses to brief dealers.
