Come join our amazing team and work remotely!

We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee our funding team, ensuring completion of funding processes in line with company standards. The role involves creating efficiencies within the document, funding, and post-funding teams to meet or exceed service levels. All duties must comply with company policies, as well as US state and federal laws and regulations. The target salary range is $80,000 to $120,000 annually.

What you’ll do:

1. Supervise and manage team responsibilities according to organizational policies and laws, including hiring, training, performance monitoring, and disciplinary actions.
2. Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
3. Monitor staffing and workflow to meet service level agreements and identify improvement opportunities.
4. Ensure timely processing of disbursements, shipping, funding, etc.
5. Ensure team is trained and updated on policies and procedures.
6. Act as liaison with internal staff, vendors, brokers, and sales teams to resolve issues.
7. Review loan conditions pre-funding and pre-purchase.
8. Develop and implement workflow improvements.
9. Coordinate with Post-Closing to resolve funding discrepancies.
10. Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
11. Maintain confidentiality of loan applicant information.

What you'll need:

• Extensive knowledge of mortgage origination in wholesale lending.
• Understanding of RESPA regulations and TRID.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make impactful decisions.
• Experience in managing work schedules and prioritizing tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination software.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in mortgage origination operations and 3 years in loan closing and funding.
• Previous management experience preferred; FHA & VA experience a plus.
