Job summary

SeedTrust is seeking a Manager of Funding & Disbursement Operations to lead daily financial operations, strengthen processes, and grow a high-performing team. This fully remote role focuses on accurate deposits, timely disbursements, and robust controls across US payments.

You will drive efficiency, establish metrics, and partner with Escrow Operations, Accounting and Compliance to support growing regulatory and business needs while maintaining client trust and care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payments, banking, treasury, or related financial operations, including at least 2 years in a people management role.
• Strong knowledge of US payment systems and financial controls (ACH, NACHA, wires, checks/credit cards).
• Demonstrated experience improving operational processes, efficiency, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote, cross-cultural team across Payment and Deposit operations.
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of deposits, disbursements, and related payments.
• Maintain strong controls across payment approvals, check releases, ACH/NACHA, and other financial transactions.
