Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience shipping web applications using React.
• Proficient in designing and launching APIs using Python or Kotlin.
• Ability to translate simple problems into scalable solutions with clear, well-tested code.
• Comfortable debugging large codebases and providing feedback through code reviews.
• Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and a proactive approach to seeking feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Break down larger projects into manageable tasks and collaborate to deliver work on time
• Support product development through close partnership with product management, design, and analytics
• Create and monitor metrics to help ensure the operational availability of team systems and tools
