Job summary

Oneleet, a remote-first cybersecurity and compliance platform, seeks a hands-on Fullstack Engineer focused on AI integration. You will own the complete integration flow—from gathering security context to calling AI services and presenting results through intuitive UI—across Go, Python/JS stacks.

You’ll work with customers, ensure fast, reliable AI features, and optimize performance while aligning with security workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack software development experience with Go and JavaScript.
• Proven track record building production APIs (REST and/or gRPC).
• Experience building responsive UIs with React.
• Experience transforming data between different system formats.
• Strong async programming and API optimization knowledge.
• Experience gathering user requirements and translating feedback into tech improvements.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI service endpoints into the platform with authentication and error handling.
• Design context gathering systems pulling security data to feed AI services.
• Build UI components in JavaScript/React to present AI insights and automations.
• Map AI responses to actionable UI elements driving user actions.
• Implement robust error handling and fallback when AI services fail.
• Create feedback loops from user interactions to improve AI features.
• Collaborate with customers to iterate UX improvements.
• Optimize API calls to AI services and use caching while preserving freshness.
• Develop monitoring and analytics for AI feature usage and engagement.
• Work with AI team to communicate platform needs and gather user feedback.
• Develop reusable integration patterns for cross-feature AI work.
