Job summary

CallonDoc seeks experienced mid-level providers for remote telemedicine roles. You will deliver Primary and Urgent Care services to patients across the United States, performing assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-ups.

As a full-time FNP or PA, you’ll work independently in a virtual setting, using EHRs, and collaborating with the care team to maintain continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the United States.
• 2+ years experience in Primary Care and/or Urgent Care.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with technology, EHR systems, and virtual patient interaction.
• Flexible to work any shift, including alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
• Full-time availability and commitment to a 2-year employment contract.
• Not accepting new graduates for this position.

Position Title: Full-Time Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Remote

Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000 annually

Location: Fully Remote – U.S. only

In this role, you will provide patient care through telemedicine, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Candidates must have strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently in a virtual environment, and a passion for improving access to healthcare.

Schedule

• Priority shift available: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Full-time training (3–4 weeks)
• Regular schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week.
