Job summary

Seasoft Identity is seeking a hands-on, full-stack product engineer to ship steadily, reliably, and with care. You’ll own tasks end-to-end across the React frontend, Node/NestJS backend, and database layer, delivering small-to-medium features with pragmatism.

You’ll work directly with a CTO, participate in code reviews, and grow toward tackling larger platform problems. Fully remote within the US, with occasional travel for team meetings and US-work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building production web applications with React and Node.js.
• Experience building and shipping customer-facing products.
• Meaningful, day-to-day experience with AI-assisted development.
• Comfort working with relational databases, writing queries, and data modeling in Postgres.
• The ability to move between frontend and backend work without a strong preference for either side.
• Good judgment about when to ask for help, when to push back on a spec, and when to just get it done.
• A habit of testing your own work thoroughly and reviewing your own PRs before asking others to look.
• Solid debugging instincts. You’re good at gathering data and tracing root causes.
• Natural curiosity about how things work and reading PRs to stay current.
• Strong async communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own tasks end-to-end, from the React frontend through the Node/NestJS backend and into the database layer.
• Triage backlog of feature requests and bug fixes: scope, implement, test, and deploy.
• Collaborate with CTO and participate in code reviews; maintain momentum with small-to-medium features.
• Grow toward tackling larger projects and inputs into product/platform evolution.
