Job summary

Confidential biometric health technology company is hiring a Junior to Mid-Level Full-Stack Platform Engineer for a fast-moving team building production systems around wearable physiological data, APIs, SDKs, and AI-forward infrastructure.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their engineering career who can ship useful software with mentorship from experienced technical leaders. Remote/distributed in the United States with Austin/San Antonio preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on full-stack software engineering experience in a real role, internship, startup, or shipped project.
• Strong Python or Go skills.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, SDKs, or data pipelines.
• Practical frontend experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Solid fundamentals in Git, testing, debugging, deployment, and data flow.
• Willingness to complete a live coding assessment.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve full-stack platform features across frontend, backend, APIs, SDKs, and data systems.
• Write Python- or Go-backed services and use JavaScript/TypeScript on product-facing surfaces.
• Support data pipelines and platform workflows connecting biometric data, enterprise systems, and AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture, implementation, deployment, and tradeoffs.
• Ship clean, reliable code in a compliance-aware environment.
• Debug production-adjacent issues and improve the platform over time.
