Lifted is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer for a fast-paced contract engagement. You will build and deploy an AI-integrated application on Google Cloud, bridging a React/TypeScript frontend with a Python/FastAPI backend.

Key tasks include containerizing services with Cloud Run, implementing Vertex AI Gemini models for data extraction and risk assessment, and leveraging Firestore and BigQuery for state management and analytics. Remote UK-friendly, contract-based role.

Qualifications

Frontend: deep proficiency in React and TypeScript.
Backend: strong Python programming skills with FastAPI experience.
GCP ecosystem: serverless Cloud Run and Cloud Run Jobs experience.
Databases: Firestore for real-time state and BigQuery for analytics.
AI/LLMs: Vertex AI / Gemini integration into production apps.
Identity: enterprise SSO with IAP and Entra ID.
DevOps: CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps for Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

Frontend Development: design and build robust, responsive UIs with React/TypeScript.
Backend & API Development: architect and develop scalable Python/FastAPI services and RESTful APIs.
Cloud-Native Deployment: containerize and deploy with Cloud Run.
Data Pipelines: design and manage asynchronous pipelines with Cloud Run Jobs.
